Our honing tubes use high-quality steel as the base material and achieve industrial standards of inner bore dimensional accuracy up to IT8-IT9 and surface roughness of Ra ≤0.4μm through precision cold drawing and honing processes. The wall thickness uniformity error is controlled within ±0.05mm, and straightness reaches the industry-advanced level of 0.3mm/m, meeting the stringent requirements for dimensional accuracy and surface quality in applications such as hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinder barrels, and injection molding machine barrels. We support customized production and can provide surface treatment solutions such as chrome plating and phosphating according to customer needs.
The production line adopts an integrated process flow of "cold drawing - heat treatment - honing." It is equipped with high-precision cold drawing units, fully automated quenching and tempering heat treatment lines, and multi-head CNC honing machines. The production line integrates online laser diameter measurement systems, eddy current flaw detectors, and internal bore surface roughness detection devices, enabling full-process quality monitoring from raw materials to finished products. Through constant-temperature honing process control and independently developed tolerance compensation technology, dimensional stability is ensured for each batch of products. The production system is certified under ISO 9001 quality management standards and possesses the technical capability to provide high-end honing tube solutions for industries such as construction machinery and precision machine tools.
