Galvanized pipe, also known as galvanized steel pipe, is a kind of pipe that has been galvanized on the surface of the steel pipe. This treatment is mainly to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe, thereby extending its service life, and is used in various environments where steel has anti-corrosion requirements.

There are two main types of galvanizing processes for galvanized pipes: hot-dip galvanizing and electro-galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing is to immerse the steel pipe in molten zinc liquid to attach a layer of zinc to the surface of the steel pipe. The zinc layer formed by this method is thicker and has better anti-corrosion performance, which is suitable for occasions with high requirements for anti-corrosion performance. Electro-galvanizing is to deposit a layer of zinc on the surface of the steel pipe through an electrochemical method. The zinc layer formed by this method is thinner, but the appearance is smoother, which is suitable for some occasions where the requirements for anti-corrosion performance are not particularly high.

Galvanized pipe, also known as galvanized steel pipe, is a pipe coated with zinc layer on the surface of welded steel pipe, galvanized pipe is divided into hot galvanized pipe and cold galvanized pipe two main types. Hot dip galvanized pipe is formed by dipping the steel pipe into molten zinc, this treatment can produce a thick and uniform coating, with strong adhesion and long service life.





Galvanized steel pipe is a welded steel pipe with a hot dip plating or electric galvanized layer on the surface. Galvanizing can increase the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe and extend the service life. Technological process is: the clarinet, alkaline cleaning, washing, pickling, rinse, leaching agent, drying, hot dip galvanized within the outer wind -air cooling, water cooling, passivation, water rinse, inspection, weighing, warehousing.

Equipped with German-engineered 4-high reversible rolling mills and continuous annealing furnaces, we ensure consistent mechanical properties throughout each coil. Online non-destructive testing equipment provides real-time surface defect and microstructure inspection, while precision slitting units guarantee perfect coiling flatness. Our ISO9001-certified production involves 16 quality checkpoints from molten steel to finished products, ensuring uncompromising quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.
