Production begins with the selection of low-phosphorus and low-sulfur steel billets, which are uniformly heated in a walking beam furnace to ensure optimal plasticity. The heated billets are then fed into multi-stand rolling mills for continuous rolling, where automatic gauge control (AGC) systems ensure precise dimensional accuracy. After rolling, the flat steel undergoes controlled cooling to refine its metallographic structure and enhance mechanical performance. The final steps include straightening, fixed-length cutting, surface finishing (as required), and strict visual and dimensional inspection. The entire process is digitally monitored and adheres to international quality standards, guaranteeing the stability and reliability of every piece of flat steel.
