Our H-beams are crafted from premium carbon steel, defined by their symmetrical "H" cross-section—delivering superior load-bearing capacity, uniform stress distribution, and exceptional bending resistance. Available in hot-rolled (HR) and welded (fabricated) types: HR beams suit large-scale infrastructure (bridges, high-rise frames, power plant structures) for their integral strength; welded beams offer flexible custom dimensions for industrial workshops and mechanical supports. Compliant with ASTM A992, BS EN 10025, and GB/T 11263 standards, each batch comes with MTC, supporting custom lengths and surface treatments (blackened, galvanized).





Hot-rolled H-beams: billets are heated to 1150-1250℃ in walking beam furnaces, then shaped via 3-high roughing mills and universal finishing mills—with online laser profile scanners ensuring flange/web dimensional accuracy. For welded H-beams: CNC-cut flange and web plates are aligned, then joined via submerged arc welding (SAW) with double-sided welding heads for strong, defect-free joints. Post-processing includes hydraulic straightening, length cutting, and ultrasonic flaw detection. Full digital tracing guarantees consistency with global structural standards.
