Manufactured using continuous galvanizing lines (CGL) equipped with precision zinc coating control systems—including air knife technology with ±5g/m² accuracy—and advanced hydrogen atmosphere annealing furnaces for enhanced formability. The line integrates online thickness monitoring and surface inspection systems, ensuring full-process quality control. Custom coil weight and ID/OD specifications are fully supported to meet diverse application requirements.
